Parent Survey 2026 Parent SurveyEvery year in May we run a parent survey that allows you to have your say in the running of our school This year's survey can be accessed via the following link which will be open until Friday of next week, the 22nd May @ noon. This is a really important process, and this year includes feedback on uniforms and homework. If you have a few minutes, it'd be greatly appreciated if you could complete this. Residential visits offer children the opportunity to gain confidence and build resilience away from their family home. While there is an expense involved, they help prepare the young person for the next phase of their lives.

We are delighted to offer Primary 6 children the opportunity to visit the Ganaway Activity Centre in Millisle each year. Our visit is for one night, two days and the cost includes all activities, accommodation and meals for the entire stay. Further information may be found on the Ganaway website - https://ganaway.co.uk/

P7 pupil have been enjoying a trip to Greenhill Outdoor Education Centre in Newcastle for over a decade. This trip, a night longer than the P6 trip, extends the oportunities into the Mourne Mountains as they take on activities that include bouldering and daunting zip line. Transport, activities, accomodation and meals are all included in the cost of the trip for which we offer a felxible payment plan to spread the costs over the year. A final night highlight sees the children heading into Newcastle to enjoy the amusements and ice creams with their friends, creating memories that will last a life time.

The video and photographs below will show the kind of activities and fun the children have on their visits. These experiences are always the ones children recall most fondly when they discuss their primary education; experiences that help shape them and bring them closer together as a cohort.
