Summer Fair 2025
On Thursday 5th June the Summer Fair takes place from 6pm to 8pm.
This is a really popular evening and this year we want to make it the best one yet.
We have all the usual attractions and a few more, hopefully making waiting times a little shorter!
As we move towards the day of the fair, I’ll share more information about our plans.
Of course there is always a little bit of preparation and organisation to be done with details below.
What can you do to help?
Toy Sale
Donations of new of nearly new toys that can be sold at the most popular stand at the school fair. If you fancy a little clear out of the fire engines, robots, dolls and board games, please send them our way. Only send items that have all the pieces, are clean and have plenty of life left in them please.
Plant Sale
If you are a gardener and have cultivated too many plants or seedlings, we can take these donations for our plant sale. Please label these on pots or sticks so staff know what they are selling!
Cake Sale
Donations of cakes, bakes, buns and so on can be accepted. Feel free to make your own (please remember a label with ingredients) or donate packaged items.
Raffle
We would like to hold an end of year raffle so donations from businesses or vouchers will be warmly welcomed. This
5s and 10s
This is always a popular game in which pulling a 5 or a 10 wins a prize that ranges from toiletries to tins of beans, electric toothbrushes to toothpaste. If you have items that are perhaps unwanted gifts or just something you want to donate, please send these into school.
If you are able to help in any way please send items into school preferably during the week of the sale, from Monday 2nd June.
We can take items earlier if needed but items for the cake sale should only be sent on the day of the sale.
Thank-you in advance for any support you can offer.
