With the weather forecast for tomorrow giving heavy rain including potential hail and thunder for the afternoon we have postponed Sports Day until Wednesday 6th June.
The same times will apply and parents are welcome to attend. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
Classes will take part in races at the following times,
9.10 - 10.15 P1 including social communication class & P1 speech pupils
10.15 - 11.15 P2 including P2 speech pupils
11.15 - 12.15 P3 & P4 including P3 speech pupils
1.15 - 3pm P5, P6 & P7
Unfortunately we won’t be able to run the events in the playground as we did last year. We appreciate that this will cause issues for families, especially parents who have to take time off work and apologise for any inconvenience this creates.
Tea and coffee will be available as last year mid morning. This year we have made arrangements for seating to be organised for parents who wish to stay in the grounds over lunchtime to have a picnic lunch. We would like to be able to make refreshments available over lunchtime but these plans haven’t yet been finalised.
