PTA Bag Pack – Last Day of Term

On the last day of term, Friday 21st December, the PTA are holding a bag pack at Tesco Castlebawn.

We will be sending the choir and musical groups down in the morning to entertain the customers with Christmas songs and musical pieces whilst at the same time raising money for our school.

This is the most profitable event that the PTA organised last year, raising over £2000, and with more assistance we could make it even more successful this year.

As it is a very busy time we have come up with a plan that would allow you to support the school and do some last minute shopping without children hanging off the trolley.

If you could spare an hour bag packing in the afternoon, we can arrange for child care in School’s Out for an additional hour to allow you to get your shopping done. In other words, if you volunteer to help pack bags for example from 2pm to 3pm we would cover the cost of Schools Out looking after your children from drop off at 145pm until collection at 4pm.

If you would like to help out with the bag pack on the afternoon of the 21st December, with or without making use of the School’s Out supervision, please complete and return the slip that was sent home as soon as possible to allow for us to make arrangements.

Any help you could offer will be greatly appreciated.
