P7 - HIP Psychology workshop

Today P7 enjoyed an interactive and motivational workshop with Carlos from HIP Psychology. They were taught different skills to help excel with pressure. These included:

1. Focus on yourself - Swim your own lane
2. Maintain emotional control to be able to think clearly under pressure
3. Confidence - skill of self-talking
4. Recovery - let go of mistakes and W.I.N

Hopefully P7 will have all benefited from this session and we hope this will help them excel amidst AQE pressures and the upcoming Transfer Process, plus with day-to-day pressures.
