Children from Primary 6 enjoyed their annual Viking Day on Thursday this week. Children engaged in a range of tasks emulating the Viking Way of life.
After concluding our soil experiment and updating our notes, the girls got busy baking bread following a traditional recipe while the boys went farming and were practicing their hunting skills.
The highlight of the day, as always, was the traditional Viking Raid where the children visited classes across school to take their share of the spoils.
A big thank you to all the children for their enthusiasm, our families for their support with costumes and to Chief Viking, Ragnar (Mr Stewart), for leading us on another successful adventure!
