This week, the children had a wonderful opportunity to explore our new artwork on Northern Ireland during their lesson. The artwork became a focal point for discussion and learning, helping the children to:
- Identify key landmarks and symbols associated with Northern Ireland.
- Talk about maps, using the images as prompts for questions and ideas.
- Create their own responses, including sketches and short written reflections inspired by what they saw.
The children were very engaged and enjoyed making connections between the artwork and what they have been learning about the geography and maps of Northern Ireland.
