Key Stage 1 Assembly - Growing

Key Stage One had a lovely assembly on the theme of 'growing' today.
We discussed the differences in babies, children, teenagers,adults and the elderly. We looked at Mrs Hutchinson's sunflowers. Bugs tried to eat them and a storm knocked them over, but with love and care they survived!
The sunflowers are just like us. Sometimes things get us down, but we are resilient and continue to grow. 🌻
