Our girls football team had another great result on Friday at Strandtown, winning 3–2 against Braniel. It was a tight and competitive match, but the girls showed real composure throughout.
It was particularly encouraging to see the progress from last week, with the girls getting the ball out of their feet more quickly and looking to pass to their teammates.
Amera was awarded Player of the Match, which was well deserved for both her excellent sportsmanship and her goal.
