Last Friday, our first girls football league started at Strandtown PS. The girls were eager to represent the school in this way after 3 wins against local schools in a friendly tournament a few days before. This week, the girls were up against Strandtowns P5 development squad. Our girls played confidently and showed determination. They supported one another on the pitch through communicating and cheering each other on. They came away with a 10-1 win. A great start to our league campaign!
