This is a really important process, and this year includes feedback on uniforms and homework. If you have a few minutes, it'd be greatly appreciated if you could complete this. Football Season Starts

2nd Oct 2025

Thursday saw the beginning of a new season at Londonderry Park, thankfully the rain held off and it was just some blustery conditions that the team had to contend with.

The first game saw us take on Comber, with the team controlling the game with some lovely one and two touch football. Danny hammered home the advantage, with a curling long range shot and later Seth would smash a well worked move into the top corner. Unfortunately, a few lapses in concentration allowed two goals to be conceded. 2-2 draw.

Game two against Portavogie saw the team caught out with two quick goals against them, Aston making some amazing diving saves to keep the score down as we desperately fought to get something from the game, an amazing team performance to dig deep and try and salvage something, however it ended 2-0 to the opposition.

The third and final game against Dundonald was high intensity from Castle Gardens from the first minute, they played as a unit throughout the entire game only to allow a wicked goal to be the one that defeated them. 1-0 to Dundonald.

The majority of this group played last year and the confidence and style of play has certainly developed and improved. Well done to Jaxx making a debut in P5, he was not out of his depth. Aston, filling the gloves vacated by Charlotte wasn’t going to be an easy challenge but like her before, he is now getting the praises from referees and opposition coaches. It wasn’t to be this week, but the boys and girls take pride in three excellent performances.

Thanks to parents/ grandparents for the assistance with lifts and standing on the side lines in support of the players.
