Permission forms for the flu vaccine will be coming home today and tomorrow with pupils. These are in relation to the vaccines being offered on Monday 20th October (the Monday of parent-interview week) or on Friday 14th November. Attached is a letter from the School Nursing Team that will accompany your permission forms.
Forms - giving permission or not - should all be returned by this Friday, 26th September.
