No doubt you're all in the middle of applying face paint and putting the finishing touches to the outfits ahead of tonight's Fancy Dress Disco.
Below are a few arrangements that will hopefully allow the evening to run smoothly at drop-off and collection time.
6pm Disco - P1 to P3 Doors to the canteen will open from 5.45pm to allow children to wait until the start of the disco at 6pm. Cars should not be abandoned at the roundabout to bring children inside.
P1 to P3 children will be collected from the Reception doors at 6.45pm. Parents will be allowed to come into Reception to collect children at this time. Children will not be allowed to exit without an adult.
7pm Disco - P4 to P7 Children will enter though the canteen and wait there until the disco starts at 7pm. They will exit through the canteen at 8pm, children will not be allowed to exit without an adult even if they are in P7 and have permission to walk home.
Pocket Money Pupils will not need money, there is no tuck shop for the children only a water bar.
Parents Refreshments The PTA will have refreshments on offer for parents in the canteen. This is cash only. Hot drinks cannot be brought out of the canteen.
Small Hall This is available for parents to wait in during both discos but preferably just the P1-P3 disco.
Parking Please remember to park legally, considerately and safely in the school grounds and on surrounding streets. Driveways of residents must not be blocked at any time so please be considerate towards our neighbours.
Finally, tomorrow is a non-uniform day with a Ditch the Dark, bright colour theme. Donations for the disco, non-uniform day and Fitness Freddie can be made in cash or through the Cash for Kids page which is linked below.
