We have been made aware of a closure of a school in the area relating to COVID-19.
I have contacted EA to seek advice as it will undoubtedly cause alarm for members of our school community.
We have no positive cases of coronavirus in the school and therefore have been instructed to remain open until a decision is made by the Government, NI Executive or Department of Education regarding closure.
Parents have the ultimate say regarding sending their child to school. The advice issued on previous days therefore still applies.
If you are planning to keep your child off, either because they display symptoms or as a precaution, please notify us through the school app. Please do not use the school FaceBook page as the app is a most efficient way for us to maintain attendance records at this time.
We will keep you updated regarding any changes as and well we receive them.
