Chocolate Apples

In P4/5A and P5/6G this week we made chocolate apples.  We were investigating how chocolate goes through a temporary change from a solid to a liquid when it is heated. When the melted chocolate cooled on the apple it turned back to a solid. This investigation was part of our Science topic of Materials.  The good thing was we got to eat them afterwards!  Happy holidays everyone!
