Arrangements for the Cast of Annie

Tonight we have the first night of our Annie production. Below are the all-important timings and arrangements for the next couple of days.

 

Arrival

Cast should arrive between 6.15pm and 6.30pm, entering through the front door where they will be met by a member of staff.

Audience members will enter via the canteen and will stay there until doors open at 6.45pm. Tickets should be brought with you and we will be able to let people pay at the door. Anybody requiring use of the lift should also enter through the canteen.

Collection

We anticipate the show to have an approximate run time of 90 minutes with an interval of 15 minutes. The cast will need to get changed after the show and can be collected from the canteen at approximately 8.45pm. Mrs Turtle or Mrs Reid must be informed by a parent if they intend for any child to walk home.

Interval

We will have a brief 15-minute interval midway through the show. This will allow cast members to have a drink and a snack that will be provided. We will not be running a tuck shop this evening so please feel free to bring your own refreshments but I would ask that anything you bring is quiet.

Costumes

Cast will get changed into their costumes when they come in to school this evening. Please ensure bright trainers are not worn as part of any costume. Pupils should wear casual clothes into school this evening, uniforms are not required.

Thursday and Friday Mornings

Members of the cast are permitted to come in to school up until break time on Thursday and Friday morning as we appreciate it will be late before the excitement of the performance wears off. This may not suit due to work so pupils can be sent in at the normal times including to breakfast club from 8am.
